Our boats are fitted to the very highest standards. They provide spacious and comfortable accommodation You may be worried about manoeuvring a lengthy narrow boat but you needn't be Our boats are fitted with the very latest smooth running diesel engines and are easy to handle By the end of your holiday you and your family will be experts Before you set out on your own we will give you as much tuition as you need and if you wish to tackle the flight of locks we will be pleased to assist you.
Our fleet is truly in a class of its own The boats look distinctive and are fully equipped with all the home comforts, full central heating, showers, flushing toilets, full size fridges and split level cookers. A Flat screen TV/DVD and Radio/CD player are provided. We also supply you with bedding, towels, cooking utensils and crockery.

Dolly Blue
New for the 2007 season and constructed to the highest specification, with 240v power and all the 'mod cons'.

Dolly Day Dream
Brand new for the 2008 season a 2+2 boat in the same layout as Dolly Blue but with a few subtle differences and improvements.

- Insurance
- Please read section 3 (Insurance) of the Terms and Conditions of hire.
- Take-over
- If you are unable to arrive on time, please notify us as soon as possible.
- What you need to bring
- Storage space aboard a narrowboat is limited. We recommend you bring a sensible selection of informal clothing. Non-slip shoes or deck shoes are essential for your saftey when decks become wet and slippery. As you well know, the English weather is not the most predictable, therefore we recommend that you bring warm clothes, cool clothes and waterproofs to ensure a comfortable cruise.
- Diesel and Gas
- All included in the price of your holiday.
- Bedding, towels and cooking utensils
- Freshly laundered bedding and towels are provided on your arrival and each boat is fully equipped with all necessary cooking utensils, cutlery and crockery.
- Pets
- Here at Water Babies we love animals and welcome yours onto our boats. But please help us to look after our fleet by keeping your pets off the bedding and upholstery.
- Car Parking
- We have a parking area at our base. We do not charge but owners leave their vehicles at their own risk.
- Life Jackets
- We will be happy to provide life jackets at your request.
- Entertainment
- All our boats are equipped with TV, video, radio and CD players. You are welcome to bring your own CDs and video tapes. On board you will find a holiday pack full of ideas on places to visit and things to do.
- Mobile Phones
- Our boats are now equipped with 240 volt power so mobile phone chargers and hair dryers are no problem.
- Out of season breaks
- Simply give us a call.
